It is my persistence and paid in the Spring Festival Holiday that helps me get this order. Now the holiday is over, if you haven’t made good use of this holiday, then you have to pay full attention to the work after holiday.
Clear customer resources, position order source
First of all, you should classify your customer resources, the cooperated ones that have no repeat orders, the ones that have shipped out goods before CNY, the ones that have placed orders before CNY and the ones that have never cooperated etc. Well classify and analyze them to lock the target quickly and follow up accordingly to get order. Generally speaking, those who have cooperated with you but not yet place repeat order and those who have shipped out goods before CNY will be your main source of getting fast order. Firstly it is because after each festival and holiday, customers have nearly sold out their stock while those who urge to ship out goods before CNY probably have intense stock and cannot wait any more which often means that they relatively have strong power in selling goods and will place fast repeat order at this time. Therefore, such kind of customer will have fast repeat order. Secondly, it is because the cooperated customers have tried your products, so they know more about the market response and will be easier to reach cooperation consensus.
Seize opportunity to develop new customers
The beginning of the year is the golden time of developing new customers because most customers who want to change suppliers prefer starting the work at the beginning of the year but not at the bottom year, for they will have more time to plan and choose. So if you often receive no reply from new customers, this will be your important time for breakthrough. Contact your new customers actively, sending blessing to your customers in this festival to open the cooperation door. Try every way to reach your customers, phone, email, QQ, SKYPE, MSN, WECHAT etc. "No paid, no gain" is always true. Phone charge is a must.
Make appointment with your customers for the Spring Canton Fair
It is close to the Spring Festival after the holiday, so you should prepare for it in advance, checking who to contact, their arrival time, exhibition plan, persons, contact in China etc. Now not all suppliers coming back to work, and you should use this chance to reach consensus with your customers in advance to increase the meeting rate with customers in fair and get more order with Canton Fair.
Except for customers’ support, orders need our persistence and paid. Each of my order and sales performance needs my effort. “No paid, no gain” is always a warn to me and my sales team.
